I now look at things in terms of Steph-Riding-Hours. Dinner in this restaurant costs 2 SRH, my truck takes 2 1/2 SRH to fill up, if only I had 15 minutes of SRH in my pocket I could have that mochachino at starbucks…

good luck - i have worked as a massage therapist, focusing on horses and horse people, for 15 years and it was a discouraging path in terms of horse people because they never got it until they couldnt ride any more, then they got it and it was so sad . . . degenerative is a very general word and concept and I believe your path is going to take you to a whole new world - core strength development and breath work, like yoga, to control your mind and refurbish your nervious system. pilates would strengthen the core. anyway, good luck. carolyn
